How do I use our Magnesium Spray & muscle rub as a natural way to support my symptoms from ME/CFS & Fibromyalgia?
I use this synergy of essential oils for pain relief daily when I get out of the shower, it’s easier to access my whole body & spray from my neck down. I alternate between the Magnesium Oil Spray & the Muscle rub pending on if I feel like I need a spray or massage into my areas of discomfort. My body always tells me if I have forgotten to use it for a few days! For me, it’s my natural pain relief so I can get out & enjoy all the glorious things this life has to offer!
It’s particularly helpful in the evenings, easing the build-up of muscle aches and strain from the day. When I am experiencing a ME/CFS & Fibromyalgia flare up I use our Magnesium spray several times throughout the day.
