On my journey of having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, I mastered my recipes as I wanted to have something to support me throughout my day with my relentless fatigue, anxiety, depression, pain, and brain fog. The ‘Zero-In’ roller is really something. I use this most days, particularly when I am really not enthused about being in the office OR have a big uni assignment due. It certainly helps put a bit of ‘pep’ back into the soul and it’s made a significant difference to my energy levels when I need a boost.
I have also used this roller with the children and teens I support – recently I had a little fellow who had gotten car sick on his way to a private mindfulness session with me. He was very out of sorts and was struggling to focus on being present in our session. The oil made such a difference, and he even commented that the small made ‘my sick tummy feel better’.
